Eating with the Ecosystem and Newport Wine Cellar & Gourmet have partnered for a fun evening of local seafood and wine!
Tickets: $25 and include a cooking demo, local seafood appetizers, and wine pairing.
Join us this Thursday evening for an opportunity to learn more about local seafood and sustainability! Our Executive Director Kate Masury will be sharing information about a place-based approach to sustaining New England's wild seafood, and chef Jon LoPresti will be providing a cooking demo utilizing a variety of local seafood species and teaching guests how easy it can be to eat with the ecosystem. Guests will get to enjoy samples of each dish along with the suggested wine pairing while Maria Chiancola shares her wine expertise.
All proceeds from the event go to support Eating with the Ecosystem.
