Meet your holiday harvesters at Fresh Harvest Kitchen

The Fresh Harvest Kitchen is a project of the Southern Rhode Island Conservation District in collaboration with a group of Rhode Island artisanal fishermen, shellfish harvesters, small-scale regenerative & bio-dynamic farmers and "makers"
to open and operate a cooperatively run, fully licensed, shared commercial kitchen and processing facility. The Kitchen is currently a physical space located at 9 East Ave. in Westerly RI. Donations to Fresh Harvest Kitchen help us grow as we enter our next phase of adding a shucker-packer room for shellfish and a value-added kitchen processing area for non-seafood meat products, produce, honey & more!
